What a great Saturday it is! Today is the first day of Introductory posts for the Uniko Studio release!!

This month’s release is definitely chock-full of awesomeness and versatility!! Today I’m so excited to help get the party started with a set that will be a great staple you definitely can’t do without – Classic Alphabet!

This set features a complete alphabet in a classic font with a little stylish twist, a few punctuation symbols and some great frames that are perfect for monograms! There’s so much you can do with this set!!

Here’s what I came up with:

*Squeal*!! I am so in love with this and how it turned out!!!

I started by stamping the letters onto a piece of Pure White cardstock using WPlus9 inks in Wild Mango, Sweet Gelato (stamped off once) and Lake House, stamping the ‘Hi’ using Versafine Onyx Black ink. I then repeated the stamping on a piece of vellum, which I stapled over using my Tiny Attacher. I love that the letters overlap but don’t exactly line up, giving a really cool fuzzy effect apart from the main sentiment!

I added a little washi tape and a printed acetate journalling card (love those printed stars!!), both from Freckled Fawn embellishment kits, then mounted the piece onto a panel of patterned paper from the retired Studio Calico Valley High Card Kit.  I used an arrow clip from Freckled Fawn to pin the piece onto a panel of Rustic White cardstock and used Pinflair Glue Gel to adhere some of those *awesome* colour block wood veneers from Pinkfresh Studio!

I mounted the panel onto a card base papered with patterned paper from the My Mind’s Eye Up & Away collection then added a companion sentiment from Altenew’s Label Love set (heat embossed with WOW! Clear Gloss embossing powder), added a trimmed-out question mark from Classic Aphabet and I was all done! I really love how this card turned out in the end!!
