With Love, Mother

Hey everyone! How has your Sunday been? 🙂

It’s Mother’s Day in the US, so I thought I’d jump on the bandwagon and post a tag I made for a previous Paper Crafts call that didn’t get picked up.

What do you think? I love how pretty it is!

Lots of work in this one! I started by die cutting a tag from Vintage Cream cardstock using the Tag Sale #6 die, die cutting the reinforcer from Berry Sorbet cardstock. I then stamped the tag with lots of detail! On here you’ll find Delightful Doilies and Background Basics: Text Style I, along with smaller images from The Sweet Life and Lace Bouquet. I used a multitude of inks (see supplies below) to create a beautiful vintage layered effect! Love!

I stamped the flowers from The Sweet Life onto Vintage Cream cardstock using Berry Sorbet and Palette Haystack inks, and the leaves using Ripe Avocado and Aqua Mist inks. I trimmed them out and adhered to the tag using Pinflair Glue Gel.

I finished the tag with a banner die cut from Fine Linen cardstock using the Double Ended Banner die and stamping with part of the sentiment from Signature Greetings II using Chocolate Chip ink. I added some small roses from The Sweet Life and a My Mind’s Eye brad before adhering to the tag using Pinflair Glue Gel. I added little touches using Kaiser Craft pearls and some ribbon and twine and I was all done!

Well, I’ll be back to a more normal posting tomorrow lol. In the meantime I would love it if you left some love before you went on your way! Thanks so much for stopping by!
