Hi everyone! Happy Release Day to you. 🙂

I’m back with Uniko Studio one last time to join the team on the Release Day Blog Hop!

Can I just take a moment to gush please? I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed being a part of the team for this release. Not only are the products just *awesome* (and they are) but the DT have also been so supportive and sweet throughout the whole release, and working with Bev has been an absolute delight! Thank you all so much for welcoming me on board for this month! I had such a blast!!

Don’t forget – all new release products are available today to purchase from Uniko Studio!! As well as the stamps I’ve been helping to showcase there are also some digital paper collections too – and everything is so awesome!! *AND* Uniko have just decided to offer free WORLDWIDE shipping on orders over £50!! Holy ordering incentive, Batman!!

Bev is doing the full reveal of all the products today – go and check out the Uniko blog to see it all and comment for a chance to win the whole shebang!!

So, I have a trio of cards to share with you today for the Hop – and I think I may well have saved the best ’til last!!

Um, love love LOVE!! Especially that top right card – super duper squeal!!

This first card combines Pure Florals: Chrysanthemum with All Occasion Sentiments. I stamped the solid flowers repeatedly with Hero Arts inks in Tide Pool and Raspberry Jam, allowing for some generational stamping too. The sentiment was embossed with WOW! Metallic Silver embossing powder and I added a few silver sequins from Neat & Tangled.

My second cards dangles some of the outline flowers from Flower Power #1 from the circle chain image from Background Builders: Round In Circles. Love how this turned out, stamped on a Pearl White card base and heat embossed with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Pale embossing powder!

And now onto my absolute favourite!! I stamped the reverse of one of the circle images from Background Builders: Round In Circles with a multitude of Amuse inks on some vellum to create a super awesome bokeh effect! I adhered it, stamped side down, onto my Stamper’s Select White card base to really let that soft effect shine!!

I added the sentiment from BRIGHT Butterflies, embossed with WOW! Opaque Seafoam White embossing powder, and a BRIGHT Butterflies die cut which was die cut from vellum and sugared with Martha Stewart Crystal Fine Glitter! A single pearl sequin finishes off this beauty perfectly!!

So are you ready to Hop?! The DT has put on an amazing spread of creations and you simply must check them out!! Make sure you also head back to the Uniko blog where Bev is doing the full reveal of all the products in this month’s release – you definitely want to see these beauties in their entirety!! And just as a reminder – all products from this release are now available at Uniko Studio – so run, don’t walk! – over there to fill your baskets and own these sets for yourself!! – Make sure you comment on each of the blogs on your travels – there’s a *huge* mystery prize giveaway in it for you!! *wink*

I want to take one last moment to thank Bev and Uniko for this amazing experience. I hope I did you proud!!

Please do leave some love before you head on your way – it always makes me smile! Thanks so much for joining me on this release – I do hope you’ll pop back here very soon!

  1. Majorly behind in saying this, but these cards are so fantastic!!!! You certainly brought your A game with the Uniko stamps (not that you don't anyways:) Each of them is wonderful! Especially loving the last one:)

  2. These cards are ALL gorgeous! My favorite is the Chrysanthemum card…PERFECT color combo, and the gold embossed sentiment is dynamite!! So great to have you as the April guest designer!!

  3. You really did yourself proud on this gig, Taheerah! All three are spectacular. Love the purple and light blue mums, the delicate gold embossing, and of course the bokeh! It turned out wonderfully! Wait until you see my card in Birthday Cards and More … it's SO SIMILAR!! I wish I could show you, but you KNOW I am not going to mess with that! Hahaha! Great minds ; )

  4. Fabulous. Fabulous. Fabulous!! Seriously, each one of these cards is drop dead gorgeous! The colors and syamoing on the first one are great, love that you paired them with gold. The second one is clean and gold embossing awesomeness 🙂 and the third one…just wow! One of the best uses of vellum that I have seen!!

  5. Taheerah you absolutely totally rocked this guest gig! Seriously, amazing stuff here every.single.day! I LOVE that big flower card, great color combos, it looks store bought, but I agree, the bokeh is awesome. On vellum another of my favorite things right now. I'm totally trying this!

  6. All three are stunning cards! The first is my fav. though….beautiful stamping with the gold embossed sentiment the icing on the top! Thanks for a great few days.

  7. The last one especially, made me squeal! As much as I love the subtle effect of pastel bokeh, I never knew how to achieve such semi-transparent colours. What an eye opener, and at the same time I can't believe I didn't figure that out before! lol

  8. I really do think creativity just oozes out of you! This is another wonderful collection of well designed, eye=pleasing, fantastic cards!!

  9. FABULOUS cards Taheerah! It's hard for me to choose a favourite as I LOVE them all! Saying that I think the last card with the Bokeh effect slips into first place! You have MORE than done me & Uniko Studio products proud. I've HAD so much fun having you Guest Design for us this month. Super BIG hugs to you. Bev xx
