Hi everyone! Happy Friday!! I’m so glad to welcome the weekend!!
So I thought I’d have a go at playing along with the latest MoxieFab World Trigger Tuesday Challenge. Another beautiful inspiration piece, and as usual, I struggle:
Look at that pattern! So striking! If only I could do it justice!
Anyway, I had a think through some different ideas then just started to pull out some different sets, and this is the result:
My jury is out on this card, lol! In fact, I think the word I used was ‘hideous’. Maybe I just will always struggle with challenges and hate what I come up with!
I started with a panel of Rustic White cardstock and stamped my pattern using several PTI stamp sets and A:Muse inks. The supplies will appear at the bottom of this post, but just to give you an idea of the scale of this thing: I used Giga Guide Lines, Guide Lines Two, Flower Fusion #1, Beautiful Blooms II, Mat Stack 5 Collection, Dot Spot, Background Basics: Medallions, Polka Dot Basics and Desktop File: Inspiration for my stamps, and A:Muse inks in Eucalyptus, Sage, Blueberry, Ocean, Heather, and Grape – as well as Palette Haystack ink, Canyon Clay ink, and inking the edges with VintageTouch Chamomile ink. Phew!
After all my stamping was done I impressed with the linen side of the Linen & Canvas Impression Plate, inking it with Palette Haystack Ink first. My panel was then adhered to a Rustic Cream card base using Scor-Tape. As a final finishing touch I added a single sequin to the centre. Done!

Um, what the heck is wrong with you? This is freaking amazing! It would have taken me 10 tries before I gave up in disgust because I cannot stamp this perfectly. This is what we in the business call a work of art!

This is just gorgeous T and a wonderful piece based on the inspiration photo! I love how you mixed all of your stamp sets to bring out all the different elements. I've been thinking of investing in some fresh inks and your post today makes me want to do that even more!
