Nursery Deco Footprint Casts

Hi everyone! How are you today?

You all know just how much I love Mama Elephant, right? Well, just in case you don’t – I’m crazy, and I mean *crazy* about them and their designs!

I got the Nursery Deco set to play with a little while ago and finally got a chance to play with it. I’d had a special idea in mind from the moment I’d set eyes on this set, and I think I managed to bring it to life as I envisaged:

What do you think? I love how these turned out!

I started with a Rustic White card base and stamped my elements from the set using Kraft ink. On one card I also used You’re A Natural Darling ink as well as I would be having a different colour cast on there and wanted a contrast.

As for the casts themselves, I used some polymer clay, rolled them into balls then flattened them out before pressing the stamp into the clay to get the impression. The clays I used are oven bake and didn’t take at all long to create – and I love the finished result! I adhered them to the base using Pinflair Glue Gel and I was all done!

Well, I guess I will try and get some more crafting done today, if I get the time! I would love to hear what you think of these creations before you head on your way though! Thanks so much for stopping by!
