Tuesday Trigger – Pretty Little Petits Fours

By Taheerah | 3rd May 2013 | 14 Comments

Hey everyone! Happy Friday!

I thought I’d play along with the latest Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger today – this one is good enough to eat:

Yummy!

I took a bit of a looser interpretation that usual and ended up with this:

What do you think? Really pretty happy with how it turned out!

I started with a panel of Stamper’s Select White cardstock and stamped it with the Hero Arts Designer Woodgrain Backgound stamp using Versamark ink, then heat embossed with WOW! Clear Semi Dull embossing powder. I then punched and die cut some circles from it and adhered them to my white card base using Pinflair Glue Gel.

I replaced the Petits Fours with some stamped images from the Savvy Stamps Sweet Candies stamp. I stamped them using Sweet Blush ink, trimmed them out and adhered with Pinflair.

My flowers/other Petits Fours became sequins (well, why not? Sequins are like papercrafting candy to me!) – love the scattered/abstract feel of the placement. Finally I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Sentiments set and heat embossed with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Pale embossing powder and I was all done!

Well, after a completely exhausting week, I am hoping to be able to get a lot of crafting done over the weekend and try and get back to a routine that is good for me. What are your plans?

I would love it if you left some love before you went on your way. Thanks so much for stopping by!
