I’m back today to welcome to Day 2 of the Newton’s Nook August Release!

We have TWO *awesome* sets being released this month – and you’re totally invited to come party with us!

This month we’ve got something for everyone! Today’s set is one that I just know will be popular – Simply Sentimental!! Large sentiments at last – hooray!

Here’s what I came up with this: 

What do you think? I love how this turned out!! 

I started with a Pure White card base adhered patterned papers from the Crate Paper Love Notes Collection before stamping the sentiments with Versafine Onyx Black ink. A splatter of Heidi Swapp Colour Shine Mist in Gold Lame also makes an appearance!

I stamped Newton from Newton’s Antics onto a separate piece of cardstock, coloured him with Copics then trimmed him out and adhered him in place using Pinflair Glue Gel. A chipboard shape from the Love Notes Collection, smothered with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush Pen and Glossy Accents, and some sequins complete the look!
