Uniko Studio June Release – Introducing Beautiful Blooms I

Hi everyone! Happy Friday!!

It’s Day 4 of introductory posts for the Uniko Studio June Release! Are you enjoying this release so far? Want it all yet?! lol!

Today I’m featuring an awesome new flower set – Beautiful Blooms I!! You are going to completely fall in love with these bold, graphic blooms!!

I took my inspiration from the Polish Folk Art look and came up with this:

This card… can I just say how much I love it?! I’m so so proud of it!!

I started with a True Black card base and stamped the large bloom using Versamark ink then heat embossed it with WOW! Opaque Bright White embossing powder. I stamped the bloom a second time onto a Post-It note and trimmed it out, being careful to leave a border round the image. I used this as a mask on my card before stamping the stem and leave and embossing them too.

Then came the really awesome part – colouring the images with Copics! This turned out so awesome!! When all my colouring was done I heat embossed the sentiment from the All Occasion Sentiments I set which came out in April. I just love how the J is nestled in with the image! Perfect!!

So what do you think? Are you in love big time?! You should be!! I really recommend checking out the Uniko blog where Bev is officially introducing the release every day – and also to the designers who are also showcasing this set! Make sure you comment on each of their gorgeous creations – they deserve it!!

I’d love to know what you think of today’s creation – I love it when you leave love! Thanks so much for stopping by – I hope to see you again tomorrow for the next day of the release – and don’t forget to tune in a little bit later today to find out who the StampSpotlight winner is this month!!

  1. Pick me up off the floor! I am in LOVE with your card! This is my favourite serif the whole release & you've showed it off to its best! Love the Copics technique too & it's FAB with this bloom 🙂
